Reviewed from notes.
On tap at Vermont Tap House, Williston, VT.
Appearance: semi-bright to pale yellow color with a bar pour's kind of slim white head which dissipated quick to not leave any lace
Aroma: sweet wheat, key lime pie, and some citrusy zest
Flavor: runs mostly sweet through the prior noted aromas as the citrus zest now seems vanished; finishes like key lime pie
Texture: light to medium bodied, slightly sessionable; light smoothness
Overall: I'm a fan of key lime pie so this was nice to try and I think I could come to it.

Tap. Pours hazy yellow, small white head, some lacing. Aroma ia key lime pie. Flavor is the same, lots of lime, medium sweet, not much bitterness. Light body. Gimmick? Sure, but its not bad.

Growler from the brewery, 7/10/15
As I drink the growler, I am still really enjoying this beer. The aroma works so well, with that beautiful and slightly tart lime. It pours a murky yellowish color without too much head or lacing. A nice tartness rounds out the sweetness of the flavor, and creates an excellent balance. This is really well done.

This surprised me by being my favorite beer at Drop-in. The key lime aroma really is much like the pie, and really great. When the flavor comes through, you get a nice lime tartness, which keeps it from getting overly sweet like you might expect from a beer made to mimic a pie. Really enjoyed this.
