Mid-sweet and a little dry as well. You do get floral notes along with the apple flavor. Nice, solid combination. Clean and easy drinking.

Draft at the Citizen Cider. Very pale yellow in color with a bold red apple aroma tones of honey? Kind of like a mead/ cider hybrid going on here. The flavor is slightly more earthy and the honey must be real light because it does not show a great deal of honey flavors. It does end sweet. Well, that is different.

Very pale yellow, no head. Aroma is great, musty, grape skins, lemonade and wheat. Good mouthfeel, a bit too sweet, fresh grapes and very mild apple with blueberry

6.9%. A pale blonde cider with no head. In aroma, beautiful apples, light maple, pleasant and beautiful. In mouth, a nice balanced apple cider with light fruity apples, maple, very nice. On tap at brewery.
