Can is just over a month old. Aroma shows sweet bready malt, mild pine, and pineapple chunks. Flavor is a mixture of pineapple and slight herb. Very mild herbal bitterness balanced by sweet malts. As I sip the sweetness starts to stack up. I feel like at this age it should not be this sweet.

Mixed rating taster pour on tap at NH Brewers Festival and can pour courtesy of AirForceHops. Appearance is virtually opaque dishwater yellow with slight light brown tinge, light sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with fair retention and nice lacing. Aroma is interesting blast of pine and herb (taster pour); fruit/melon (can pour). Taste is mild overall--herb (scallions) with pine and fruity sweetness (tap pour); plum, pine, citrus, grapefruit and late bitter (can). Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with thin, smooth, frothy texture, lively carbonation and finish as taste with light, pleasant astringent bitter bite (tap); strong citric astringency and bitter finish as taste (can). Overall, decent aroma and flavors of moderate strength but kind of a weird disparity between initial tap rating and later can. Altered formula? Either way, I enjoyed them about the same but for different reasons.
