Poured from bottle Nov 2016 thanks Adrien toffee with a thin white head. Aroma is wheat toffee chardonnay grapes and oak. Taste follows aroma with a nice barrel finish.

Draft at Farnam House. Deep ruby color, thin ring of head. Aroma is light yeast with dark fruits, toffee and mild booze.
The flavor is a direct reflection of the aroma. Dark fruit and toffee heavy. Very mild warming after the finish. Honestly for a young wheat wine it is still rather drinkable. If this was bottled, it would age and mellow nicely, I think.

Draft/Fest. A- Banana, wheat. A- Orange color, cloudy liquid, minimal head. T- Banana, wheat, bubblegum. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, malty finish. O- This tasted like a combination of a hefe, wit, and strong ale. Very different. Certainly not true to the style.
