Not your typical pale ale, this ones hazy and hop forward. Aromas of candied orange and tangerines with a subtle malt character.

Taster pour on tap at the brewery. Appearance is cloudy, more light brown than yellow with no discernible sparkle, thin ring of off-white head with a little bit of lacing at the top of the glass. Aroma is citrusy and spicy. Taste is a fruity citrusy mix (leans toward the orange-tangerine side) with some spiciness--what el dorado should be. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, some decent complexity, and really showcases what el dorado can do. 3.7-8

4 ounce sample at the brewery. A decent display of the hop. Light fruit, mild hints of melon, with a mild easy pine. Good mouthfeel in a very low bitterness. Weak juice charater. Respectable.

Light haze. Dark yellow. Smells like orange juice. Thick mouthfeel. Has a flavor of those emergen-C effervescent tablets. Chalky soapy and citrus finish

Draught at the brewery, 6/30/18.
Thoroughly hazy, blonde-banana-golden. White head is small, dense, sits at cover.
Candied orange and papaya in the nose mix with bubble gum and melon from the yeast to give a pretty classic NE IPA character though it's a bit more dry and cracker-heavy than usual, not necessarily a bad thing.
Dry, yet malty and supple with a good, grainy character on the end and good attenuation. Peach-papaya-mango and very low resin make for an enjoyable hop character with low bitterness and lingering light pine and more orange. Engaging carbonation and no booze or flaw.
