4 ounce sample taster at the source. Flavor shows mild lemon, light lemongrass, mild winter green, with a light honey Malt base. Not the classic German Hefe here at all. Hard for me to call this a Hefeweizen. More like a herbal Amercian wheat ale.

Cloudy orange juice. No head. Smells like citrus chamomile, aloe and juniper. Taste is chamomile and purrel

Moderately hazy, very pale, white-straw-golden with a smattering of frothy, white head showing moderate-to-low retention.
Nose is grassy and shows plentiful lemon, though it's somewhat well-integrated with the beer, albeit the beer is extremely light, showing only dry spongecake, light white pepper and hints of fruity esters and light bubble gum. Bit thin on the malt, however, though it's clean and shows no alcohol.
In the mouth it's very light, as expected with cracker and light honey leading to bubble gum, lemon and very light, minimally spicy mint suggestions. Engaging carbonation and a short, phenol and ester-heavy finish with no alcohol or flaw. Lots of grain, cracker and wheat character with lively carbonation.
