Appearance: rugged burnt orange color, a bar pour's cap of a little white foamy head, no lace.
Aroma: orange/lemon/floral/tropical fruity hop notes to blend with some passion fruity/grapefruity/white wine-like hops and earthy hop tones all mixing it up boot
Flavor: blended all of those prior mentioned aromas bittersweetly, no aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, slightly sessionable, some smoothness, finishes semi-crisp with a touch of dryness
Overall: a very nicely done AIPA more than worthy of returning to.

Cloudy, bordering soupy, "lime"-tinted-bronze-golden with a sizeable white head showing moderately-strong retention.
Clean, fresh, heavy mineral-laden house yeast mixes with bright, lush, juicy hop notes and you'd probably never guess this was simcoe-based on account of the lack of any pine or resin. Spicy, with light white grape, woody notes and dry pineapple, as well as nectarine and orange rind on the end. Very well balanced and not just a glass of juice, with the amarillo and hallertauer helping see to that. Malts show cracker, biscuit and very light honey, with low ester, no dough, resin or alcohol on the end.
Soft, juicy and bright with just enough piquant bitterness and biscuity malt to balance. Supple and well-attenuated texture with tight carbonation and long, juicy, hop notes of peach, white grape, lime, mango and pineapple. Very well-balanced and little/no aggressiveness. Just can't get enough of HF's soft, clean yeast profile.

Can thanks to Vin! Pours very hazy golden, small white he'd, dissipates fairly quickly, good lacing. Aroma is light overall, dank, pot, guava, mango, tropical fruits. Flavor is light sweet, very light bitter, fruity, tropical. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Juicy.
