This was listed as Wayfarer coffee stout, I think its the same beer. On tap at the source. Dark brown bordering on black with a thin tan head. Huge coffee aroma and flavor. Light stout underneath. Nice stout flavored coffee.

Taster pour at the brewery. Appearance is opaque black with persistent light brown head and light lacing. Aroma is light chocolate, dark fruits and roasted malts. Taste is cocoa, roasted malts and dark fruits. Palate is medium bodied with smooth, foamy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, light on the coffee in aroma/taste but a very pleasant, comforting roasted malt experience for winter.

Can from AFH - Black, looks slightly thin. some booze legs on the glass. small head. Smells like fresh coffee with sugar. Yeah, tons of fresh coffee, not espresso just drip, with sugar and cocoa. Very dry, almost no sweetness, solid roast quality, coffee bean, thin and dry but nothing overwhelming. Delicious beer.

16 oz. cans purchased at Greg & Janes. Pitch black liquid. Aroma is mellow chocolate, plenty of dark roasted coffee, and a hint of vanilla. Whoa, the flavor reflects chocolate, coffee, some fruitiness, and lasting lingering coffee. Body is full and thick without any bitterness. The finish is sweet. ABV is totally hidden. Overall, very nice.
