Taster pour on tap at the brewery. Appearance is hazy yellow with decent sparkle, finger-width white head with good retention and fair leggy lacing. Aroma is strong fruity esters, clove. Taste is equally strong fruity esters, bubblegum, mild clove and background wheat backbone support. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thick, frothy texture, average carbonation and milder finish as taste. Overall, a very good representative of the style, from the look to strong aroma and taste to nice texture.

Review from notes, Tap sample at the source. Slightly hazy deep yellow with a white head that persists. Clove and banana with some sweet bready malt ans spicy earthy yeast character to counter. Really decent hefe!

Sample taster at the source. Nice banana, vanilla, clove nose with thin white, good lacing. Cloudy yellow in color couldn’t see through. Taste is traditional hefeweizen. Yeast matured properly, good phenols. Medium in body, lightly chewy texture. Traditional and exactly as it should be.
