Draft in the Beer Temple, Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017, with the Dutch RB crew. Black color. Dense light beige head. Aroma’s: roasted, sweetish, lactose, light funk. Retronasal it’s funky, earth, sweetish. Flavor is moderate sweet, light funky, fruity. Medium bodied. Long finish, roasted, noderate bitter.

Tap at BeerTemple. Very dark brown with dark beige head. Lots of coffee and roast, hazelnuts, toffee, light red berries. Over medium sweet and soft sour and bitter. Medium bodied. Very nice!

Draft at brett fest. Aroma of milk chocolate, mild tart, coffee and dry roasted malt. Taste has sweet milk chocolate, dry roasted malt, coffee and subtle tart. Nice.
