a ton of rosemary. aroma is intense! the taste is intense! yeast is there, a light orange. good mouthfeel but you gotta love herbs.

Draft @ BCTC, Ommegang Brewery. August, 8, 2015. Aroma is weak yeast trying to get through a large rosemary herb. No mistaking this for anything other than rosemary.
From front to back this is a blast of rosemary herb. WOW, the rosemary has a huge lingering astringent effect. The rosemary stated on my tongue for a good 10 minutes after about 3 oz. of this brew. They say there is a saison hiding in the brew… No. This is very hard to drink. Good thing this isn’t bottled because it would be finding the drain.
