On tap at Black Swan. Pours almost black with a tan head. Vanilla aroma. Roasted malt, coffee, strong vanilla. Doesn't quite come together.

Tap at Babajan. Almost black with solid brown head. Roasted with coffee, chocolate and loads of vanilla. Slightly boozy and artificial.

Draft glass @ Beerlovers Bar. Very dark brown, almost black, thick solid mocha head. Weird messy beer, vanilla is massive but feels a bit plastic, fake & its layered on top of a bit odd, somewhat herbal & umami beer, two sides don’t work together. Weird, doesn’t fully appeal to me but Ghost in general doesn’t really seem to match my preferences. Nose is that massive weird almost plastic vanilla with a black liquorice & umami base. Taste is separate parts, low herbal, strange plastic vanilla ice-cream, herbal finish, umami, black liquorice, lingering. Body is not as thick as you would expect, weird vanilla. Okay but not really my thing & not that great for an RIS.

Tap @ C4, Odense. Pours black with a beige head. Roast, hazel, vanilla and coffee. Intense and modern but with an evident "touch of beer" involved. Sippable.

Tap @ fermentoren, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, rich vanilla, coffee, hops and has a nice sweet vanilla finish.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours black with a small brown head. Aroma of rich sweet malt, caramel, rich chocolate, vanilla. Flavor is sweet, rich malty, chocolate, loads of vanilla, little alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet finish with light warming alcohol. 040117
