Dark red, almost blood color but faint. The nose is nice. A boozy liqueur blueberry aroma. This is nice. An faded fruitiness but has a good dry finish. Doesn’t coat the tongue but has a wine like tannic after taste. The only downfall is a funky mold taste. A unique mead. certainly blueberry.

Poured from bottle thanks Willrunforbeer. Pours dark violet with hints of blueberry and malt. Taste is caramel blueberry and slightly alcohol.

500 ml bottle shared by Willrunforbeer, dark violet color. Aroma is full of organic honey, with lots of blueberry skins and light malty hints.
Flavor is much the same. Blueberry skins is here without question. Caramel malt heavy, well, what I call malt but maybe an old honey note. Also a mild tone of alcohol. Medium, leaning on thicker mouthfeel. Syrupy like texture. Maybe to much oxidation? It’s ok.
