Bottle shared in NYC - picked up in MA. Pours clear gold, effervescent, with a small, foamy white head. The aroma has some amiable yeast expression, melon, some strawberry, tangerine, doughy wheat bread. Light-medium sweet flavour with a little musty edge, some old wood, more ripening citrus, yeast, wheat bread. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with some orange peel, a little rindy bitterness, melon, grass, woody dryness, strawberry. Good stuff.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is strange, with peppery farmhouse funk, some spiciness, and floral notes. Flavour is spicy and peppery upfront, with farmhouse funk further underneath. Not especially complex or clean, but it's fairly drinkable. Solid.

Bottle from the brewery, shared at a tasting, 4/27/15. Hazy golden, thin head, poor retention. Aroma of brett, doughy malt, spice, yeast. The taste is citrus, and herbal notes, brett. Thin bodied, low carbonation, mild tartness.

pale yellow no head. Bottled November. Cheesy old hops. sorry guys, a little piney, yeasty. Really nice creamy mouthfeel. Very thin, old, good yeast presence for sure. Decent beer and I’ll seek out a fresher bottle.

375 bottle, cloudy pale straw color thin head. Yeah, this bottle was purchased at Beverage King, everything at that place sits forever. This is an old bottle. The aroma is light Brett that gives a mild band aid aroma that carries into the flavor. Light notes of hey and grain. Mouthfeel is soft with a medium body.

Personal Note: Rating number 500 for beer brewed in the state of New Hampshire.

Bottle from the Lazy Dog Brilliantly clear deep golden color with a decent sized bubbly off white head. Earthy funky with light fruitiness. Finishes a bit dry with a big hit of earth. Drinkable but overpriced.

Bottle at home. Dirty brownish yellow pour with two finger frothy head. Nose is light funk and some lactose. Tastes of grass, some Brett, pineapple, white grapes, lucky charms, some cheesy funk. Drying finish. Medium to low carbonation and slight watery.
