F: medium size, off-white, good retention. C: dark amber to brown, hazy. A: malt, chocolate, toffee, caramel, vanilla, woody. T: very malty, nutty, chocolate, a bit woody and vanilla, medium to full body, medium carbonation, good one, thanks to tderoeck and kraddel for sharing beers today! Sampled from tap @ ZBF 2017 Leuven.

Clear brown beer, creamy beige head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: caramel, some ripe banana, sweet, sugary, some vanilla. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet and sugary, caramel, little bitter, ripe banana. Aftertaste: little bitter, citrus, dry, some caramel. Not getting a lot of vanilla...

At Zythos 2017. Pours cloudy brown. Aroma is vanilla, caramel, very malty. Body is heavy and sweet, lots of candy, caramel and vanilla. Lively carbonation. Palate is rather sweet, fitting with the rest of the beer. A bit boozy, but quite nice.

Pours rather dark, in between the very dark side of amber, or the lighter side of brown. Small white head. Smell is mildly sweet. Vanilla is hidden, but there. Taste is full, sharp, dyacethyl notes. Mild vanilla. Not great.
