Taster pour at Cigarette City. Appearance is lightly hazy dark yellow with nice sparkle, finger-width head with decent retention. Aroma is cracker-biscuit malts with some grassy, earthy hops. Taste is as aroma. Palate light-to-medium bodied, average carbonation with finish as taste. Overall, a solid APA with the right amount of balance between malts and hops.

500ml bottle in trade with AFHops with a warning-drink it soon-thanks. 000000102 on side of label, no other noticeable date code. Retaining offwhite-hazy gold. A-spice/orange, slight bandaid. T-follows.

Draught at Barley House, 11/28/15.
Light haziness to the brassy-gold body and a firm white head atop.
Can smell the stuff practically as it’s comin off the tap. Tons of floral and grassy hops intertwined with lemon and tangerine citrus character. Fresh yeast adds more fruitiness, with just a smattering of white bread and crackers. No alcohol or flaws.
Dry, bitter and with a full, round mouthfeel. Cracker and biscuit-like malts dont quite scratch at the palate, but theres little comforting maltiness to be had in the face of the heavily grassy, rather lemony hops. Clean, with moderate carbonation and a crisp finish. Very hoppy yet also very drinkable.

Poured from bottle hazy gold with a one finger white head. Aromas of fresh citrus grass and crisp hops. Taste is smooth and clean with citrus and pine notes. A beer you could drink everyday. --- Beer aliased from original tick of APA on 17 Apr 2024 at 18:43 - Score: 7. Original review text: 10th Anniversary.

Pours hazy gold into a shaker. White head with excellent retention recedes leaving gloppy lacing to crater. Toast and tropical fruit aromas. Thin to medium bodied with hay and bread upfront turning to mango and tangerine before the lasting bitter resin finish.

Thanks AFH for giving this one to me. Kept cold since purchase. very cloudy light yellow 1 finger big bubbly head. Aroma is so clean, refreshing, really crisp like fresh cut grass, orange peel, grapefruits. Taste is slightly sweet at the finish. lingering table sugar. Up front. gorgeous 80+ IBU beer, great mouthfeel, crisp, really refreshing. I could rink 2 liters of this.

On tap at the source. Pours a slightly hazy light golden color. Earthy pine with bits of bread to back it up. Light tropical fruit especially in the nose. Nice pale.

Draft @ the Coat of Arms for Portsmouth Beer Week. Hazy golden color with lasting head retention. Aroma is citrus and floral hops with pale malts. The flavor is bright with citrus first and light floral hints near the finish. The palate is crisp with a mild lingering bitterness that vanishes after a few seconds. The body is on the light side of medium and makes for a nice opportunity to session. Just enough malt to balance this beer really nicely. Very solid offering and I look forward to seeing the next offering these gentlemen craft.
