A lightly hazed golden ale with a thick frothy white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with loads of floral resinous hops, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt biscuit with light cereals, light mineral notes, grassy floral hops, very nice. On tap at IBU 2016.

En fut à la brasserie à Val D’Or le 29 juillet 2015. De superbes houblons résineux avec beaucoup de sapinage en bouche et à l’olfactif. Des accents d’eucalyptus également. Quelques notes d’agrumes en entrée de bouche (citron, pamplemousse et fruit de la passion). Unidimensionnelle mais de combien dans ma palette de goût.

Taste of clove, thyme and cracked pepper with faint lemon. Cloudy yellow 1 finger head. Aroma is sourdough yeast and a little bit of cheese. not bad.
