A delicate malt body encompassed by an assertive bitterness and floral, spicy Czech Saaz hop flavors & aromas. Fermentation at low temperatures with a German ale yeast creates a clean crisp lager-like profile. Served Keller-style, unfiltered and right from the conditioning tank. Pure unadulterated German goodness.

Draft @ the source 11/26/14 in a sample glass. The aroma is cereal grain and grass hops. A medium to light bodied pils. The flavor is a decent balance of malt and hops. Standard carbonation give a mild tingle over the tongue. Overall a very nice and easy drinkable pilsener.
