Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: pale orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: dried flowers, slight lemon, light apple cider, herbal & grassy notes, sour/lacto notes
Flavor: tart to semi-sour and apple cidery; finishes very apple cidery with tartness
Texture: light to medium bodied, this is a sipper; no real smoothness anywhere as the pucker factor thwarts any attempts of having any smoothness
Overall: probably one of the most blatant sour ales on the market, the night I had this I only had water after

pale orange, very light looking beer. smells like chamomile and vinegar. Very juicy up front then turns south to a lemon juice concentrate vinegar which actually doe fade to some light wheat maltiness wit a good floral finish.

22oz bottle, fresh, shared by Chris on 7/23/16.
Thin, white head immediately to ring. Clear, amber-golden body.
Lactic and floral in the nose, with a touch of soap and light cider. Grainy, I guess, but not much else to be found malt-wise. No alcohol and some peachiness, I guess, as well....
Peachy, with a good grainy base and moderate lactic character. Some floral notes running through it as well, with a sweet-and-sour character. Pretty simple kettle soured beer, but a lot better in the mouth than I was expecting from the nose. Actual malt to balance and some juicy, floral and lightly tropical hop notes. No alcohol and clean. Pretty good attenuation. Easy drinking. Little bit loose on the carbonation, but seems fine for the style.

Bottle purchased at Greg & Janes Beer and Wine. Nearly clear golden color. Aroma is lactic acid and dried flowers, of course it is floral. Yeah, the flavor has a very large lactic acid character. No real pucker, but lactic sourness to boot! Damn,

Bottle shared by someone tonight, thanks. Slightly hazy dark golden color. Fruity tart with a solid puckering involved. Light grassy fruity hops are barely evident over the lactic tartness. Not bad.
