Bottle: Poured a light copper color ale with a large off white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sweet caramelized malt notes with some candy-like ester. Taste is a mix of sweet caramelized malt with loads of candy-like ester and light warming alcohol. Body is about average with good carbonation with some noticeable alcohol notes. Took a while to get used to the candy-like notes but I finally ended-up quite liking this beer.

A reddish copper ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light candy sugar, light curacao, light vinous character, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of vinous notes, treacle, light butterscotch, loads of alcohol warmth, very nice and complex. Bottle at ratebeer Quebec gathering 2016.
