Clear with a little bit of yellow appearance. The nose is just Apple juice. Not much to say. Very light, a little sulphur taste. Very dry and absolutely zero sweetness. Thin and a fleeting finish

Tap at the source. It pours clear yellow - gold with a small white head. The nose is quite clean, soft apple, earthy, apple skin and light barnyard funk. The taste is juicy, tangy apple, dry, apple skin, light funk, appletizer and earth with a dry finish. Medium body, prickly carbonation and slick mouth - feel. Good balance and nice tang.

750 ml bottle purchased at the cidery. Lightly cloudy gold color with out head. Aroma is fermented apple juice with some pear hints.
The texture is what the style imply’s: very dry, bone dry. The mouthfeel is like a dry champagne with plenty of carbonation. Also, it has a mild bitterness. I purchased this a few months ago and it appears that perhaps the bitterness shouldn’t be here. Not bad, I drank most of the bottle myself.
