Draught at Row 34, 9/11/16.
Minimally hazy, bright, blonde-golden body is topped by a medium-sized, white head with moderate retention.
Smells rather dry, herbal, grainy/cerealic in the nose with plentiful mineral/earth-like qualities that I assume are from the yeast, but perhaps could be hop-derived. Regardless, it’s certainly quite unique, despite not completely blowing me away (a bit too much odd earthiness and grainy-chalky notes). No alcohol or flaw. Light citrus and herbs persist on the end....
In the mouth it’s again rather earthy and heavily mineral-laden. Dried herbs, moderate grassiness and a high attenuation highlight a light body with a grainy-to-watery texture. There’s a bit of honey and corn-like cereal character, adding light sweetness to it, with hints of lemony-herbal bitterness easily balancing. Grainy hay and and chalk-like notes on the finish, with lingering grassiness and low bitterness. Definitely unique...

Poured from 22 oz bottle golden orange pour with a 2 finger long lasting white head. Aromas of apricot nuts and pale grains. Taste is creamy with a nice balance of fruit and hop and a slight bitterness in the finish.

Very golden orange appearance with a big bubbly head. The aroma has a bit of chestnut, walnut, nutty dried apricot and wheat. Nice creamy mouthfeel presumably from the wheat, pilsen taste with a piney ness that fades to a sweet creamy aftertaste.

Pours bright gold into an English pint. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Resin and pine aromas. Soft to medium bodied with bread and hay upfront turning to pine and grapefruit in the lasting finish.

Growler from the source. Pale cloudy yellow in color with lasting, bubbles head. Aroma is cereal grain with a noticeable citrus rind aroma. Real fresh citrus aroma.

The body leans more a medium rather then light. Nice wheat backbone with the citrus rind giving the mouthfeel a very dry texture after the swallow. I would suggest that this brewery never puts bottles of this into distribution. Make this brewery only. Simply because what makes this great is how fresh it is. If bottles sit on a shelf for any length of time it loses the great quality that it has. Very nicely done for the style.
