Draft at Novare Res regular looking pour of gold. Nose is wheat and citrus. Tastes of lots of honey dew, some lemon, wheat, gooseberry, tinge of salt. Not particularly tart for a Gose. Pleasant with lingering finish.

Draught at Atwoods, 9/16/16.
Moderately hazy, pale-golden with a fluffy, medium-sized white head atop showing good retention for the style.
Light lactic character in the nose seems heady and not overdone. Green, fruity, even herbal hop notes mix with moderate citrus and tons of dry, cream-of-wheat-like character behind it, balancing things nicely. No alcohol or flaw. Bright, crisp and well-balanced. Not just a noseful of lactic acid and salt.
Same in the mouth, with a wheat-heavy texture and still a dry, crisp, quenching finish with lactic acid, plentiful citrus and moderate bitterness from the hops. Perfect carbonation is tight and zippy. Sourness and light hop character build up on the finish, over the course of the glass, but at 4.5%, it never gets out of hand here.

750 ml growler filled at the brewery 21 hours ago. Pale yellow color, very thin head. Aroma is bright with Centennial citrus and pine. Really tempting.
Although this is dry hopped, the flavor carries over the dry hopping. The wheat base is nice with just a very mild sour hint that is quickly balanced by the hops. Limes and lemons to boot! The texture becomes dry with some citrus rind. Juicy texture with light hint of salt. Wow! Now this is what I was craving! I could drink 2 liters of this without any problems. Very light and flavorful.
