From a taster at the ciders. Pours a clear gold with little head. Quite dry and tasty.

Flat..obviously. Picked up 2 weeks ago @ Farnum Hill. light yellow pour. Smells nice, light with honey, sweeter apples and pear with grapes. light mouthfeel, dry finish. not too sweet. has a lot of grape, oak and pear notes.

Bottle at Jimmy43s. Stemmed wine glass. The bacon grease nearly vented from the surrounding airs.

Moody lighting at the bar leads me to believe that this clear, golden cider might just be a bit fainter.
Smell is of tin-y apples, unripened fruit & green peppers, citrus rind, big acidity, grain.
Taste is initially mellow, building to a quietly lingering acidity. Void of any real tartness. Thick/husky, apple peels & drying, mildly bitter core. Browned apples. Salad greens. Missing that suckling dry finish.
Texture is more runny then thin. Quiet alcohol.

Very hard for me to enjoy crazy dry still ciders without them having some other note, like a little barrel, odd florals, or just a little more sugar to make the fruit pop.

Apple aroma, with an oh-so subtle hint of chocolate and funk that is barely perceptible. Crystal clear yellow, no carbonation. Dry and slightly blitter, slightly tart. Apple initially with apple core at midpalate. Oak and twigs throughout. Not dissimilar to a Chardonnay in its earthiness. Some pleasant astringency with a still mouthfeel make it velvety smooth on the palate. I at times feel like I just don’t like dry cider, but I attribute that to the fact that there are so many bad ones on the market. This, I like.

Bottle. Pours a pale golden hue. Aroma of fresh apples. Flavor is bittersweet. Earthy, yes, with nice apple notes abounding. The finish is crisp with just a bit of tartness. The apple flavor is highly detectable in the aftertaste. The stillness and almost undetectable alcohol make this cider seem almost juice-like. Quite good.
