Pale gold, light, bubbly, with a stroke of sweetness along with the tart, bitter, and fruity elements that good hard cider offers. A clean, light "quaffing" cider, but don't put it away it too fast! Alcohol content 6.5% by volume. Available in 750 ml bottle with crown cap or 5-gallon keg. Our Farmhouse recalls the refreshing, low-alcohol "ciderkins" or "small ciders" of centuries past. Cooling in summer, warming in winter, and companionable with most foods.

12oz can from the liquor store. Brilliant light golden color with a smattering of carbonation and a short lived bubbly white head. Faint apple and lightly tart flavor. A little drier than I like but refreshing just the same.

From a taster at the ciders. Pours a clear gold with little head. Quite dry and tasty.

Yellow pour with no real head. Apple aroma. The flavor is dry, tart and earthy apples. Not overly sweet like some ciders.

75CL picked up @ Farnum Hill. 6.5% ABV on the label. No batch number. enjoyed @ 39F in a Teku. Honey like appearance, 7up carbonation fades quickly. Certain smells sweet, almost pear like. Taste is crisp, sweet, raw apple skin, very little dryness, not cloyingly sweet but is sweeter than their other offerings. would go nicely with seafood. it’s nice.

Bottle from NBD. Lots of older Dooryards here if you look in the back of the shelves.

Fluted tulip. Classy clear, golden lager body. Not much fizz, but constant activity down below.
Cooked, steely apples. Something like oversteeped green tea. White table wine. Touch of oxidation. White pepper? Rice? Just an odd choice in words by me I guess. Just one of those days.
Wood is the first thing I taste. Touch of bitter rind. Has this rose water & ginger thing going. Iced down Schweppes sweetness. They say they use stainless, but this is quite leafy/woody.
Off-dry, with a slightly numbing quality. Barely carbonated. Thin & perhaps a bit starchy.

Probably the sweetest thing they’ve ever made, & barely at that. Not $13 easy, but easy. :)

A light yellow cider with a pleasant aroma of wild apples, light Brett notes. In mouth, a lightly sour apples with epsom salts, some light funk, quite nice. On tap at American Flat Bread, July 12 2010
