Medium brown, nitro head. Ok, nitro taste, some roast, muted bitterness. Would have been better on co2, of course.

Draft. Aroma is old coffee grounds and hints chocolate. Lighter in body with dry texture flavor is yet again, true to style. Chocolate, caramel, and light coffee nuance. Dry roast character. yep... if you have had one dry stout, you have had them all.

Nitro at Capitol Beer. Pours creamy tan, shifting to very dark brown/black with orange glints as the foam collapses - three levels at one point. Aroma of chocolate and coffee. Foam is creamy milk chocolate - ending a bit chalky. Liquid is mildly bitter burnt malt with some chocolate and a smoky aspect. It is dry. Goes down a treat.

On tap at Drake’s Barrel House pouring up via nitro with deep dark mahogany body with infrared edges and thick tight creamy nitro mocha head. The aroma offers up a nice malt roastiness with some burnt malts around the edges. The taste has a bit of nitro pour creaminess that creates a highly roasted maltiness, a touch of chocolate malts, some earthiness and then ramping up into increasing levels of burnt maltiness. Nice thickly roasty brew.
