Draught at Canary Square, 2/25/18.
Clear golden, pale-straw. White head fades quickly to a ring. Well-carbonated.
Lactic and appley but nicely-so without any overabundance of lactic character. Some white grape on the finish with a delicate cereal character.
Spritzy carbonation is tight and somewhat champagne-like. Great attenuation and pleasing tartness keep it zesty, refreshing and very drinkable. Lots of wheat-like character and lingering tart acidity. Chewy textures. Excellent, but unsurprising given the brewer's wonderful track record with German styles.

Unretired, methinks; on tap at Growler Garage and the bartender says its fresh. Pours clear straw, small white head, dissipates fairly slowly, good lacing. Aroma is straw, sour mash, grass and lemon. Flavor is light plus tart, sour wheat and lemon. Light body. Pretty classic unadulterated Berliner.

Pale yellow, fizzy head. Smells like toilet & sulphur. Taste starts very sulfuric but then goes nice and tart, very wheat and tart, a touch of sea salt and kiwi. Quite nice after you get past the toilet.
