Bottled. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of spices, iodine, and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of iodine, smoke, roasted malt, and chocolate, leading to a bitter finsih.

33 cl bottle. Pours dark brown, deep amber. Small brown head. Aroma is smoked, peated, tarish. Dense roasted, peated. Slight metallic. Roasted. Dry and metallic finish.

Bottle.Black colour with medium head.Aroma of whisky dark roasted malt and smoke,medium body and good taste of chocolate and tobacco with smooth mild finish.

Pierwsze co się rzuca w oczy to fajna etykieta - jacyś hipsterzy płoną w paszczy diaboła , a tak serio no FES to słaby ale ogólnie piwo ciekawe wykręcone, fanatycy apteki, bandarzy , palonych kabli będą wniebowzięci ponieważ te aromaty i smaki dominują. O dziwo alk dobrze ukryty ( a słyszałem narzekania ze jest mocno alkoholowe - więc warka z datą do 31.03.2018 - bardzo dobrze ułożona , alk praktycznie niewyczuwalny). Bardzo niskie wysycenie, piana znika jak na coli. Przyjeme, pijalne, piekielny trunek.

Draught @ PUB Browar Spółdzielczy, Gdańsk. Pours cloudy very dark brown with very stable beige head. Clear aroma of whisky barrel, malt and yeast, with notes of roast. Sweetish, barrellike and malty flavour, with smoky and estery notes. Hints of hops and coffee. Estery and malty aftertaste with hints of barrel. Decent.

Barwa niemal czarna, nieprzejrzyste, piana beżowa, niewielka, niezbyt trwała. W aromacie torf, kable, paloność, kawa. W smaku kawa, nieco ziemistości, wyraźne nuty torfowe, wkomponywujące się w profil stoutowy piwa, czyli nieco kawy i czekolady która stanowi balans dla wędzonki. Goryczka do średniej, przyjemna, wysycenie niskie, ciało dobre. Bardzo solidne piwo, dobrze ułożone, wędzonka nieprzesadzona, długi w miarę posmak. Warte spróbowania.

Sampled cask @ Kufle i Kapsle. Black, little head. Nose is quite medicinal, iodine, coffee, iron, herbal. Taste is iodine, coffee, medicin, coffee, cough syrup, molasses, oily,.. Pretty much flat, soy sauce & iodine. Weird, not a big success.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours black-brown with a tight, lasting creamy tan head. Great smokey aroma, light peat, cocoa. Medium sweet flavour with further peat smoke, pleasant chocolatey, low bitterness, a little cured ham. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, lingering peat and smoke, more balanced chocolate. I’m a big fan.
