Sample at the roost pours a clear gold with some sticky white head. Nose is simple grist, herbal, grassy, catty too. Flavor falls off some, there's a lightly sour note, herbal too, but feels a bit aged. Some dandelion now. Medium bodied. 7 7 6 6 6

insanely bitter, great aroma, chalky finish but bursting with floral notes and a minor tangerine. could drink quite a bit of this.

Tap. Pours Hazy golden, medium creamy white head, great lacing. Aroma is pine resin, herbs, citrus. Flavor much the same, very light sweet, light bitter, a bit dank. Light body, medium carbonation.
