Keg at Three Penny Taproom - Montpelier, VT. Pours. Loudy gold with a moderate, frothy white head. The aroma holds lightly doughy pale malsts, touches of hay and yeast, and the chamomile definitely comes through. Light to medium sweet flavor with bready malts, mandarin orane, lemon merengue, faint citrua rind bitterness, more chamomile tea. Medium bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Lightly sweet to finish with more bready malts, whippy merengue, chamomile, semi-ripe citrus fruits. Very tasty and quite novel.

Golden and cloudy. Nice head retention Very herbal nose. Oranges and clover honey. Mild nose overall Very soft and delicate. Nice bitterness at the finish. It has this floral element that’s really interesting. I can’t pinpoint the spiciness but its spicy in an herbal way. It’s a very drinkable beer. Certainly something I want to try again.
