Draft at Prohibition Pig. Snifter shows me a bright gold with a thick cap of white head. Big Citra hop influences. Nose and flavor run together. Bursts of tropical fruit upfront and light traces of floral hops in the backend. It’s balanced with a moderate amount of pale malt sweetness. Juicy tropical fruits make it real easy to down. The body is a bit on the thin side but has a light pleasant lingering bitterness.

Minor hazy yellow pour. Very creamy else white head I get chinook, simcoe and citra on the nose. Mildly biscuity Taste is pretty good. Mildly malty, I get lemon and caramel with crystal malt. Nice bitterness start to end. Mild pine cone resin. Good grapefruit
