Clear straw yellow with a small white head of low retention. Fermented apples, malic acid, distant funk, Light sweet & sour. OK.

I’ll start with what I’m guessing is the standard: Cidre Ruwet Apple 4.5% Effervescent bordering on gassy carbonation with a semi-dry finish. Light gold in color. The taste is a cork like earthiness up front before you get the sweet apples to balance things out. Average but alright.

Rather clear very light blond colour. Sweet cider with light tart notes. Easy drinkable.

Bottle at home. Pale straw with thin white head. Sweet apple and gummy bear, rice paper, sweet and sickly, bit oily. Sickly sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Bottle shared. Pale clear straw with white head. Sweet and tart apple, apple candy, kiwifruit, soft vanilla, sugar, tangerine. Fruity and sugary. Over medium sweet, light tart and no bitterness. Medium bodied.

On tap at La Cidrerie, pours an extremely clear and pale blonde, no head. Nose is almost nonexistent, with light apple skins. Flavour is medium-high sweet, with sweet apples, no funk or mustiness, and just generally very little complexity. Sweet, easy-drinking commercial cider that at least isn't artificial. Not good.

From bottle in Brussels with JFE 04.10.19. Almost clear with a hue of green. Decent taste of wild apples and a hint of sulhur. Good bitterness and apple zest is lingering on. Lively carbonation. Quaffable, but not very complex.
