Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a light amber to orange sort of color with a small off white foamy head that slid off pretty quick.
The aroma had some semi-sweet and dried biscuit to white bread notes up front and having a little bit of floral to grassy hops underneath.
The flavor had that same sort of dried biscuit/bready sweet maltiness all throughout with a light aftertaste. Finish was all about the breadiness.
The palate was between light and medium bodied with a decent sessionability about it. Fairly low carbonation and an ABV that felt appropriate.
Overall, not much of an APA, but also not exactly a top notch beer. It’s just an all around drinker easy to take down with food.

A golden pale ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, a smooth floral hops over biscuit malt, very classic. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with floral citrusy hops, pink grapefruits, spot on. On tap at brewpub, July 29 2012.

Unclear yellow, tiny white head. Pale malty nose. Taste is hey, straw and lightly resinous. Thinner side of medium in body. Mildly acidic in the finish. Has a certain level of drinkability. Good for a pint on a real hot day.

Straw yellow cloudy haze. Light crystal clear head. This brewer loves his citra hops. Up front citrus with grapefruit and some pine needles. Taste is nice. Not too bitter. Light malts. I like the bright herbal aspect with peppery spice. Smooth finish with lingering lemon zest.
