Dégustée en cask sur place. De couleur orangée-ambrée et voilée. Nez de houblon floral et aux notes citriques (pamplemousse), légèrement fruité (agrumes, notes d’abricots et de cantaloup) et léger de caramel très doux avec des petites notes de miel. Moyenne en bouche, pétillment bas avec une texture huileuse. Moyen goût fruité sucré (mangue et agrumes) accompagné d’un goût moyennement amer de houblon floral aux notes citriques (pamplemousse- une amertume qui dure toute la gorgée) lors de l’entrée en bouche suivi d’un goût malté de caramel doux et très légèrement rôti avec notes de biscuits puis en finale l’amertume de houblon acquiert un léger caractère herbeux . Post-goût moyen-long, moyennement amer de houblon floral, légèrement citriquede et aux notes herbeuses avec des notes fruitées (agrumes). (printemps 2006)

A hazy amber beer with a disappearing beige head. The aroma is sweet fruity and hoppy. The flavor has a sweet malty background combined with notes of nuts, on which is a slight flavor of citrus, mainly in the direction of grapefruit, from the hops, and all this leads to a dry hoppy end.

Had a fruity cotton candy nose and a fruity body with hints of molasses followed by a smooth finish.

Red brown beer, with a pleasant citrusy aroma, and light malts. Nice intense hops, very floral but the body lacks the complexity to make this a really interesting beer. Still a pleasant experience.

A dark amber coloured hand pumped bitter. Malty, slightly fruity, sweetish, rather bitter.
