Pizza Plant Inferno Pod Ale

Darker amber colour with a thin off-white head. The smell was pretty hoppy, but not in an overwhelming sort of fashion. More of a nutty, earthy fashion instead of pure high alpha acid hops. The taste was pretty mild, some hop taste, but not too strong. The only flavour from the beer was pretty much from the hops alone, but this wasnt such a good thing. The palate was almost exclusively from hops, which was acceptable, but nothing to be happy for. I had this beer on tap at Monty's Krown in Rochester, New York.

Nut brown. Rather big on the hops and low on the malt, but then I do like hops, so...

Dark amber; mega hops - huge depth of cedary, woody, citric flavours; good balance and goes well with the relatively spicy pizzas at the Pizza Plant.
