It’s a lighter, session version of an IPA. Our goal here was to create a rich, yet highly drinkable beer which allows for a smooth introduction to IPA style. You still get lots of hoppy goodness – and, you do not have to stop after a couple of glasses!
Tangerines, grapefruits and berries aromas blend in nicely with the resinous and woody notes. Bold citrusy bitterness and moderate levels of alcohol do not dominate the drink, they only serve to remind us we’re still in the IPA world. Pale gold, slightly cloudy, with a creamy head.

Mega nachmielone, biale owoce, tropiki, lekka nafta, zywiczne. Barwa zlota, ladna piana, lacing obecny. Goryczka srednia, lodygowa. O wiele lepsze niz poprzednia wersja.

Butelka, po terminie. Idealny klar, jasnozłote, piana średnia. W aromacie z początku żywica z cytrusami, z czasem wchodzi trochę miodu i mokrego słodu. W smaku wytrawne z zalegającą, nieprzyjemną, łodygową goryczką. Wysycenie średnie. Nie będę się przypieprzał, bo piwo piłem stare, ale ta goryczka chyba się aż tak z czasem nie zmieniła.

0,5 flaske fra Ninkasira København, siste kveld i lejligheden jan-18: let uklar korngylden med godt skum der varer. Aroma af mandariner, clementiner og tropiske frugter. Smagen er overraskende tør med grapefrugt og anden citrus, hint af urter og fyrrenåle, og derved meget nem at helde indpå. Dog er vel 6% (iflg etiketten) heftigste laget for en session ipa?

50cl bottle. A almost clear pale golden/yellow beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of apricot, citrus fruits. Taste of quite hoppy citrus fruits, apricot, grass, straw, long bitter finish, nice!

Keg at The Rake, Borough. Finky grapefruit aroma. A hazy gold. Thin but creamy head. Medium bitter. A real sour citrus edge. With some fruit sugar. Medium bodied. Slick. Average carb. Astringent finish. For a Session IPA this has a reap kick to it. Good stuff.

50 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow. Small white head. Aroma is grassy, slight herbal. Bitter, slight fruity. Crisp hoppy. Grapefruity and slight pine like. Grassy, grapefruity. Bitter and slight herbal dry finish.
