On tap at the brewpub.
JEt black pour with a nitro tap head. Smells roasty, and bitter with faint coffee notes. Aroma is VERY roasty, with a nice coffee kick in the finish, a long bitter finish.

(printemps 2006)

A black beer with a dense brown head. The aroma is sweet roasted with some notes of chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt and wood. The mouthfeel is creamy.

Sampled draught at the brewpub.
Black, creamy head. Coffee aroma. Sweet, clean and raw with some metal. Harsh finish. A primitive stout.

Deep dark and creamy moka head. Very faint nose of chocolate. Slightly acidic , lactic taste with ntes of roasted malts. Body is too light to sustain this porter.

Dark brown. Light aroma of cocoa, nut; light creamy body, touch of nuttiness, vague coffee. Seems to be going for the Guinness style.
