bomber from Degarth. Pour looks like a Tripel mixed with a bud. No head and barely any lacing. Smells like a watery Tripel thats hopped. Taste like slightly sweet belgian eas water. Rubbery aftertate. Notalush put it best, it seems organic beers really just taste bad. Pass on this hoppy belgian-like watery crap.

Golden ale with thin white head. Sweet coriander aroma, and rosewater notes. Rather thin in mouth, with rosewood notes, faint spices, non-descript and boring. DumDum’s Belgian Sendoff on August 25, 2005.

Bottle (shared with Capflu, DumDum and Lubière): Poured a light golden color ale with a small head without much retention. Floral aroma with weak Belgian yeast. Taste is a mix between some coriander, a bit of candi sugar and some subtle floral malt. Body is definitely too thin and this beer lacks character. Thanks Lubière.

Botle poured a clear light amber with a HUGE white head. Tons of lively bubbles coming up. Lots of chunky lacing. Aroma is sweet apples, pears and cloves. Flavorsa re taht Belgian musty note as well as lotsof swet lightly fruity flavors. A slight spice that is typical with the style but not so much as others. Quite drinkable and I like it a lot.

Bottled. Clear deep golden, rocky head. Coriander aroma. Sweet and fruit with dense, rounded maltiness. Honeyish finish. A solid beer with lovely mouthfeel. Perhaps a little hard on the coriander.

Bottle. Pale, slightly hazy beer with a thin pure white head. Aroma of yeast, malt, spice (corriander). Flavor of orange, malt, some banana, ending with a bit of yeast and spice. Medium finish. Easy to drink. Hides alcohol well. Flavor is a bit different. Not as yeasty as a trippel and a little more malt/citrus flavors. It’s not bad, just nothing extraordinary.
