Spring Ale is the ale we brew to hearld the start of Spring. The beer is clean drinking with a wonderful hop flavour and aroma. It is a beautiful amber colour. Spring Ale is a light, fruity beer with a great balance between malt and hop character.

Golden with a very small head and slight fruity orange aroma. Has a mild fruitiness in its flavour and sips down easily.

(Cask at Kittyโ€™s, 20120606) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was small, dense, long lasting and white. Aroma had grass, mildly sourness, malts and toffee. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, toffee, sweetness, grass, sourness and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. Etiher the cask had gone bad or the this beer is just not good.

Cask at the Crosse Keys, JDW. Clear gold with a foamy head. Wimpy aroma, some wood, fruit and plastic. Lightly sweet, toast, cigarettes, mild bitters. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Messy finish, bit more toast, subtle caramel, ashes. Meeeh.

Cask conditioned at Akkurat, Stockholm. Amber colour. Fruity and ashy. Really hoppy but raw and mellow with notes of sulphur and sharp resiny finish.
