Better than expected. The lime and zest is quite mild. The sour and tartness as well. Quite balanced and drinkable summer beer. online belgian beer factory

Sampled from 0.25 l bottle from 'AH XL' (Nijmegen), best April 2019. Minimally hazy, golden amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, fruity and a little herbal aroma of quince, elderflower and traces of lime. Fairly sweet, minimally sourish, gently fruity and slightly artificial taste of pineapple, quince, elderflower and some lime, followed by a short, minimally bitter, slightly tart finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Not worthy of being a Liefmans.

Liefmans Yell’oh on the rocks A 3.8% pineapple beer (some sweet lambic cocktail kind of thing) which I forgot to serve on the rocks. I think it was like 500¥ for 250ml which is fairly pricey. Deep gold with a thick foamy white head and a pineapple shandy kind of aroma. Medium to full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. The taste is sweet pineapple but then has a bit of a sharp lambic kriek-like tang to it. Think of it like a radler or fruit-beer cocktail and it’s not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Many thanks for this beer to Mariusz.
