Rerate. From tap at Mi2 at Cardinal 03.02.19. Ebony. Beige head. Aroma and taste of coffee, roasted malt, dark caramel and brittle. Waterish mouthfeel. 03.04.14. Ebony. Beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, roasted nuts and dried fruit. Rather bitter for a dry stout, but still well balanced. Bitterness and dark crystal malt in first aftertaste. Then more roasted malts. Decent for only 4,7%. [7/4/6/4/12=3,3]

Appearance: Complete absence of light on the other side of this one with a lovely beige head that leaves a fine lacing.
Aroma: Mild chocolate, coffee and some roasted malt.
Palate: Medium + body. Tad sweet and an ok bitterness. Average carbonation. Dry texture.
Taste: Roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and mild fruity.
Overall impression: Pleasant and lovely stout!

Lett sødmerik røsta lukt med preg av mørk malt, humle, brent kaffi, mørk sjokolade og karamell. Lett tørr sødmerk smak med preg av mørkbrent malt, humle, brent kaffi, mørk sjokolade. Middels bitterhet som set litt. Veldig god.

God lukt av kaffe og karamell. Tykt brunt skum, Dyp sort farge.god sittende mild smak av kaffe og karamell. nydelig.

Fra flaske på Cardinaltreff des-11: Helt svart (som seg hør og bør) med flott skum som varrer. Aroma av røstet malt, kaffe, litt sjokolade og lakris. en deilig stout som fortjener en reprise når anledningen byr seg. fra fat på Mi2 Cardinal feb-20: denne ble raskt alles favoritt, og både aroma- og smaksbildet er imponerende for et øl i butikkstyrke.

On tap at Tilt, Oslo. Pours black with a small beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee and chocolate.Just lightly sweet with a slightly dry finish. A little thin, but quite tasty and easy to drink. Very nice!

On tap at Naboen. A pretty black beer with a dark beige, a bit creamy, head. Wonderful aromas of coffee and dark chocolate. This dominates the flavours as well with more sweet and roasted malt. The taste of hops and the bitterness is like a real british stout. A flavourful and easy drinking stout with a oily mouthfeel. One more, please!
