Eventually ready! It has been maturating for nearly four months now! All that time to let the different flavours come out. This gose beer was inspired by surfers. As a reminder of the ocean and the famous island, we brewed it with black hawaian salt. the acidity and the dryness of the lactobacillus are balanced with the soft feeling of wheat and the hints of coriander seeds and rose bring some freshness... Like the backwash of the ocean, it's so powerfull!

Bottle from Beerstorming. To the best of my knowledge the first attempt to a sour ale by this Brewery, after more than 100 ohther brews. Pours rather unclear yellowblonde. Small to no head. Smell is bit spicy, rather weak. Taste is mildly tart, very little salt. A bit hollow. mild spices. Aftertaste is nice and malty, but again a bit shallow. this one aint bad, but it truly tastes like a gose + water to me... Should have been way more pronounced.

Thank you for sharing Antwerp Untappd Crew! Sampled draft @ Swafff 2017! Very hazy orange, off-white head. Nose is massively salty, far too much so, mineral with spoiled yeast. Nasty salty, spoiled yoghurt, spoiled ginger, yeast, far too much salt. Body is the same. Didn’t work for me.
