Bryggmästarens Mixed Ale är en genuin produkt av ljus lager och engelsk pub-ale.
Ölet har fått sin välavrundade karaktär och behagliga eftersmak från sin speciellt aromatiska humle och sin förstklassiska malt och jäst

Bottle. Weak citric aroma. Grey brown colour, small stable head. Flavour has a faint fruitiness at first, turning into bitter, vinous, citric vegetable flavour.

[At Stockholm Beer Festival 2005] A hazy orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and caramel combined with hints of flowers and some citrus notes from the hops. The body is a little in the light in.

Bottled. Amber colour small head. Fruity, funky aroma. Sweet with this strange cobweb-cellary-completely-failed-lambic flavour. Fizzy and medium bodied with sweaty finish. Flawed. The low alc version is so much better.
