The Hopsbant is on! Our aroma-enhancing device worked at full capacity to dry-hop this beer three times as it passed through its metallic shell, and it did a hell of a job.
Why did we call it a Fresh IPA? Because we brewed it with long-awaited fresh American hops that arrived in the nick of time, just as we were running out of last year’s supply.

Ingredients: water; Barley malts: Pale Ale, Caramel Light; Wheat malt; Oats; Hops: Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial, Zeus; Yeast: US-05

Unfiltered, pasteurized.

Serving temperature: 10-12˚C; Suggested glass: IPA Glass/Nonic

Bottle at home. Aroma is crisp fruity oily hops, peach, grapefruit, tropical fruits, hint of pine, onions and garlic, with light biscuit malt. Flavour is light sweet with a bitter finish. Body is medium. Fruity and hoppy with dank onions and garlic. Crisp peach and grapefruit. Good one.

Hazy gold with a frothy white head. Berry fruit on the nose, smooth mouthfeel, soft fruity bitterness up front that builds before a dry finish

Barwa złota, zamglone, piana biała, dość obfita, dość trwała. W aromacie cytrusy, białe owoce, lekkie iglaki. W smaku półwytrawne, sporo cytrusów i tropików, lekka podbudowa słodowa. Goryczka średniowysoka, wysycenie średniowysokie, ale pasujące, ciała też nie brakuje, ale jest dobry balans i konkret. IPA jak za starych czasów.

Hazy golden orange with frothy white head. Tropical fruits, citrus, pine, peach, malt aromas. Moderate bitterness. Average to full body, bit sticky with fruity bitter finish

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.
