Bottled@Rådhuskällaren, Umeå. Deep ambery brown colour with a small off-white head, which vanishes quite quickly. Aroma is roasted malts, lactose, alcohol, some ashes and mild liquorice. Flavour is liquorice, chocolate, some lactose and chocolaty tones with a mild spiciness to it. Gets rather strongly ashy in the finish.

A black beer, a head is small and light brown. Aroma has liquorice, sweet maltyness, hint of alcohol and vanilla. Taste has salt liquorice, some dry roastiness, low sweet maltyness and herbal bitterness. Only medium bodied, low carbonation. Decent.

Draught at KØ17. Mild liquorice aroma. Black colour. Light brown head. The flavour has a lot of sweet liquorice. In good balance, though. Bready finish. Lower bitterness than expected, but works well.
