Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy brownish amber, small head. Metallic nose. Sweet and caramelly with light-medium body. A bit sticky despite its hard crystal malt profile. A touch of dried plums. Low bitterness.

Hazy reddish amber ale with a thin lacing white head. Light caramel malt with light apple notes. In mouth, a light caramel malt with metallic notes, maybe from hops, starting to turn off. A thin bodied ale. On tap at brewpub, May 2006.
