Às Bürgerbräu Schwarzbier. Bought in some supermarket next to the main train station on Naples. Honest , easily drinkable Schwarzbier. Roasted malts and that traditional chalk.

Tap near the Rathaus, Bamberg 0,5ltr: Almost black as an Irish stout. Its has roasted malts and some caramel taste.

Bottle @ Kaiserdom. Pours dark brown with a creamy head and lacings. Vague roast, caramel and bread. Very smooth and grainy flavor with some ashy notes.Good!

Ceramic mug. Nice, thick caramel-coloured head. Some toasty nose but mostly buttery. Flavour only has a shade of butter with caramel and earthy character.

Draught. Pale brown colour, small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, some hops and quite much caramel. Flavour is quite much the same. The barstaff claimed this beer is the same as the bottled beer called Altbairisch Dunkel, when I tried to ask if I can buy a bottle of the Dunkel...

Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm. Dark brown, small beige head. Aroma of strawberries and roasty malt. Sweet and light bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Estery notes of bubblegum and peach. Strongly medicinal finish.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 4 Oct) Dark brown colour with ruby hints, pale brown frothy head. Malty nose with chocolate and dark fruit. Malty, roasted taste with chocolate, dark fruit, raisins and prunes. Slightly sweet, balanced fruity finish. Modest bitterness. Nice and tasty.
