Cask at GBBF 2006. A hazy orange beer with a bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of hops and caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of caramel, leading to a dry bitter end.

Cask at GBBF 2006. Copper colour, no head. Yeasty, hop aroma. Yeast and some caramel in mouth, some juicy malt. Hop is understated. OK bitter.

[Cask at GBBF] Deep golden. Somewhat minerally cellary nose with some grassy hops. Sweet and soft with medium body. Fairly low bitterness. An aromatic, uncomplicated pleasant bitter.

(Cask at Priory Arms, Stockwell, London, 23 July) Copper colour with little head. Nose is fruity with notes of mandarin and orange peel. Taste is fruity with citrus (mandarin, orange) and some dusty, earthy hops. Balanced bittrness. A good bitter, but hardly exciting.

Cask@The Aragon, Glasgow. Light copper brown, small creamy head. Honeyish hoppy nose. Malty start, drop of honey, then hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. Solid but not very interesting.
