Bottled. (#52) 75cl champagne-cork. Cph Beerfestival. Unclear, golden-orange beer topped by an off-white head. Weak, but nice aroma off fruits, malt and hops. The flavor is too bitter I think, with the bitterness overpowering the malt. Medium body and a light astringent finish. Rating: 5-4-5-3-12-2.9(060519)
Bottle, 75cl corked (#77).Hazy, orange-golden pour, with a nice, lasting, off-white head. Cellar, hops and plaster in the aroma, maybe a bit unusual, but nice. The flavor is much the same, but there’s also some sweetness and bitterness in it, and it finishes with some cellar and chalk. Medium to full body. (070914)

Bottled (BB 05/2005)
Hazy brown, sweet diacetylic nose. Grassy, some malts, maybe hints of chocolate. Quite boring brew.

Honeyish sweet and yeasty aroma. Cloudy yellow. Creamy herbal flavor, grassy. Sweet medium to light body.
