Draught at KØ07. Clear dark reddish chestnut colour. Small head. The flavour is very clean, not too flavourful or malty. Good alcohol level, and still quite good. Mild carbonation.

Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear mahogany colour, no head. Rather neutral aroma. Sweet with clean, caramelly crystal malt character. Pleasant notes of toffee and grass. Pretty bold malt structure, yet neural flavourwise. The hard malt prevents me from sensing much flavour

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 2 June 2007) Ruby red colour with brief, beige head. Malty nose with wild berries, raspberries, caramel and spicy chocolate notes. Slightly vinous. Malty taste with dark fruit, dried apricots, wild berries and spicy hops in the finish. Medium to full body, slightly vinous with malty sweetness shining through all the way. Very well balanced, a lot better than expected.
